Spicy Turkey and Mixed-Bean Chili

1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup diced onion
¾ cup diced green pepper
½ cup diced celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 15 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
1 14 ½ oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
1 4 oz. caned diced mild green chiles
3 ½ Tbs. chili powder
4 tsp. minced seeded jalapeno pepper
2 tsp. cumin
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro (or to taste)

Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat.
Add ground turkey and sauté until brown, 5-7 minutes.
Add onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic; sauté about 5-7 minutes.
Add all ingredients, except cilantro and then bring to boil, simmer 30-40 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in chopped cilantro and serve
